Executive Coaching is a series of structured, personal (1:1) or small group interventions between the coach and the individual(s), designed to help them address specific behaviors, attitudes, or practices of concern that adversely impact relationships and/or performance.
The process always starts with interviews, observations, and assessments to quickly confirm and analyze the problem(s). These activities also uncover additional related data, such as interaction styles, problem solving preferences, strengths, communication strategies, motivational values, and more. All this information is used to construct an efficient and cost effective action plan specific to the leader’s needs.
Banks International offers two distinctive approaches which can be surprisingly affordable:
Executive Tune Up™ –for when what needs to change is one or two isolated behaviors in an individual or group. Examples can be: not speaking up, disorganization, prioritization issues, poor inquiry and advocacy, ineffective problem solving, etc.
Leadership Tune Up™– a one-on-one process for when what needs to change is an individual’s style or general approach to people or situations. Examples can be: high command/control, micromanaging, verbal aggression, excessive fire-fighting, etc.
